An Acceptable Stay
tidy room cute staff easy facilities unreliable wifi broken remote closed pool
My standard room was generally well-kept. The staff displayed a cute attitude upon our arrival. The facilities were easy to access and navigate (I found this particularly helpful).
The WiFi signal was unreliable. This made it quite frustrating. The TV remote did not function properly. We could not use the TV as intended. The pool was unexpectedly closed one day.

The check-in process was unbelievably slow. I waited in long queues. breakfast was decent, but the seating was chaotic and insufficient. food replenishment was also very slow. plus, charging £17 for parking seemed like a rip-off!

A Mixed Stay
poor lifts heavy food
The parking situation was a real headache. I had to use a public pay and display lot. The lifts seemed unreliable and slow. I often used the stairs. The restaurant food options were disappointing and heavy.
